Meditative Breathwork for Self-Healing

ONLINE CLASS – SPIRIT SCHOOL COLLECTIVE

Free for Collective Members (Membership | $150/Month)

Tuesday, April 8
12:00pm PST / 3:00pm EST

Breathwork is a potent catalyst for healing and growth, offering a profound opportunity to reconnect with our inner selves, release emotional blockages, and cultivate resilience through restorative healing. In our 90-minute Zoom sessions, we'll dive into a guided meditative breathwork experience, where I'll provide a safe and supportive space for you to breathe and connect with your inner self. The breathwork style and pattern will be more restorative and healing, making it perfect for those who have never done breathwork before. Music will accompany our journey, helping you deepen your connection with your inner self.

To fully immerse yourself in this experience, please create a peaceful space for yourself. Find a quiet, comfortable spot where you can lie down without distractions.

Sharing and Integration: If you feel called, after our breathwork journey, we'll take a few moments to share insights, process emotions, and integrate the experiences that arose during our meditation.
