The Initiation Refresh is a fresh take on my signature Mediumship Foundations program! In this round, I will be offering weekly Spirit Circles as well as the Mediumship Vault, a collection of self-study resources that allow you to engage with the most relevant materials. Each round of The Initiation is different because I have a responsive approach to teaching. People in this immersive experience are at different levels of experience, allowing for a rich and layered group dynamic. Everyone can benefit from The Initiation because my teachings for mediumship development have a focus on our human development and the healing that happens through this path.

This cohort will begin with mediumship development teachings leading up to an intensive four weeks of group readings and demonstrations, There are no expectations for The Initiation other than being open to connecting, and supporting your peers. We foster an environment of acceptance and humanity where everyone can thrive in their development.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN THE INITIATION REFRESH 2025

Fresh takes on mediumship and mediumship development.
It’s more than Mediumship. At Spirit School, we look at mediumship from a wholistic lens. At the centre is you, the medium.
We work with our human selves to achieve spiritual connection.
We prioritize self-awareness and self-development as a way to sustainably develop mediumship capacities.
We use nurturing mentorship as a way to build confidence in the art of mediumship.
We provide time during classes to answer your questions in real time.
We incorporate Indigenous perspectives to balance the western traditional teachings of mediumship.
Focus on experiential teachings through storytelling.
Each class will have replay-friendly class teachings. After the teaching, we will have a live group practice circle for you to gain more experience.

In my previous professional life, I had the privilege of reconnecting with my lineage and Indigenous culture by working at the First Nations Health Authority for 9 years. As one of the first 40 hires, I was part of the grassroots era assisting in the overall building consensus among BC First Nations communities for agency in First Nations health care policies. My time at FNHA was marked by powerful moments and significant projects that built my confidence and honed my leadership skills. FAQ for THE INITIATION REFRESH

What if I can't attend live classes?
I ensure you get the necessary information through various streams throughout the experience, and all calls are replay friendly. You will also have access to all content and the community ongoing. A lot of the growth takes place in the practice readings which are scheduled with your partners!
How do I know I'm ready for this program?
We have always had a combination of people brand new to the art of mediumship and people who have established practices, and all have something to be gained through The Initiation experience. We are never done developing, but we do have to start one day! The Initiation Refresh also has a focus on the development path being "More than Mediumship" and connecting to spirit as a human. There are no expectations as we consider practice opportunities to be a playground for connection!
What is the time commitment?
Each week you should plan for 2-4 hours to attend classes or watch the replays, and participate in two practice pairings per week organized by my team (you organize your time, we organize your partner!). There is an Integration Week from October 27 - November 2 where you'll also have time to catch up or review the material. We provide the schedule and try to inform you as much as possible before you commit to your purchase of this experience.
Will I get to ask specific questions?
YES! If you're familiar with my teaching style, you know I hold nothing back! I am very active in my communities, and there will be a chance to ask questions in each live call. If you are shy, you can provide questions to Andrea to post on your behalf if you'd like to ask anonymously.
You Mention the Community a lot; why is that important?
Community, connection and reciprocity are core values of Spirit School, the community for many is the only space you have to express your spiritual side freely. We host our platform off of social media to ensure no one benefits from your contributions to the space other than you and those that are lucky enough to witness you.
What is your policy on refunds?
The Initiation is a highly customized experience unlike anything else out there. Before our first class, the Spirit School team has invested dozens of hours in preparing and curating the customized experience so we are ready to roll on day one. A large portion of the administration to smoothly run a program this diverse - happens before we even get started. Therefore there are no refunds for The Initiation experience.

Life happens, so if you are unable to complete the experience, you may apply your investment to a future Spirit School offering!
