This class focuses on the three fundamental components that form the foundation of the Human Design system. Gain a deeper understanding of your energy type, profile, and authority, and learn how to apply this knowledge to enhance your relationships, business, and personal growth. When you begin to follow your Big Three, your life becomes more aligned, there is greater ease and flow, and you are more connected to your authentic self.
What You'll Learn:
Energy Type: We'll go deep into understanding the main Human Design types (Manifestor, Generator, Manifesting Generator, Projector, and Reflector), and their unique characteristics, strengths, and strategies for interacting with the world. You'll learn the difference between being in alignment and being out of alignment based on your energy type.
Profile: We'll explore the 6 lines and how they make up the 12 Profiles, each line representing a combination of conscious and unconscious traits. You'll learn how to navigate the lower or shadow frequencies of your profile and harness the higher frequencies to align with your life's purpose, improve relationship dynamics, and cultivate a more authentic and fulfilling life.
Authority: Understanding your authority is one of the most important and actionable pieces of your design. It's also one of the most misunderstood! There are seven different authorities: Emotional, Sacral, Splenic, Ego, Self-Projected, Mental, and Lunar. Understanding your authority guides you in making decisions that align with your true self. When you follow your authority, you no longer need to outsource your guidance to others and you learn to live from a place of deep self-trust.
