Exploring Paradoxes in Mediumship
How Paradoxes Show Up in Life - And Mediumship
In this episode, I dive into the fascinating world of paradoxes—especially how they show up in life and mediumship. Drawing from my own experiences, I discuss the delicate balance of caring deeply while needing to detach, seeking validation while knowing it can block us, and other spiritual paradoxes that challenge our understanding. Tune in for a reflective and thought-provoking conversation about how these contradictions can lead us to deeper truths in our spiritual practice.
What is a Paradox?
A paradox is essentially two statements that seemingly contradict each other, but are both true. For many of us, paradoxes can be frustrating, but something I have discovered is that they often lead us to a deeper understanding.
Some of the paradoxes in Mediumship I explore are:
You care so much — but mediumship works best when you care less about the outcome.
You can be in deep grief — and still deeply love at the same time.
Mental mediumship relies on using the mind — but the act of thinking can be the biggest barrier to making a connection.
We need and seek validation in readings — but the desire for validation can pull you out of a spiritual link so quickly.
The more we learn and the more experiences we have — the more we realize how little we know.
Tune in for a reflective and thought-provoking conversation about how these contradictions can lead us to deeper truths in our spiritual practice.
After watching or listening to this episode, are there more paradoxes in mediumship you can think of to add to this list?
